Stimulate Bowel movement naturally

It is said that passing stool twice a day is very good for health. But i  do it once only and that too at a random time.

How can stimulate bowel movement naturally and at fixed time habit, example: morning.

It is best not to use stimulants, but let the body work on it's own. However, eating a diet high in fiber like lettuce has a beneficial result.
If you eat 2 to five leaves of lettuce before each meal, it improves health by eliminating toxins out of the body quicker. So you can vary that and adjust for your own body, probably eating more lettuce before an evening meal will cause elimination in the morning. More than once a day is more healthy.
The idea is that we don't want toxins from eating to sit still in the body, but to move.

PS If you don't eat lettuce now, start with a small amount only.

Lettuce and other young leafy greens help digestion but are not really high in fiber. For that you should consider bread, pastas, etc made from whole grains.  Also drink plenty of water.

Maybe I shouldn't have said high fiber then, although i have read that. Lettuce and water are the answer for me for daily detoxing. Lots of water, but never all at once; just sip it, wait a little, sip again. I digest grains slowly, especially if they are processed like bread and pasta.
