When I wake up,my tongue is rolled back and touching the soft palate.
Does that mean I'm ready for Kechari mudra?

the thing is with my bhkati my inner energy is always calling[:)]
A metaphor to my Bhakti would be a racing horse that just wants to gallop.If I don't handle it,she will throw me of her back.wouldn't be wise to let her be in control[:D]
I tried Kechari twice before.In both cases I overloaded[B)] and had to stop the next day.

I'll wait for a week or so.If the tongue continues to roll back then I'll give Kechari a try.If not,I'll postpone.
