can a man have kundalini energy if he is castrated/can not produce sperm?

HI Bindu

I am not sure what effect Castration would have, but I am pretty sure sexual energy is not generated from the testicles. The subject of Sperm production and Kundalini has been looked at a few times on this forum usually with reference to vasectomy.
