Sometimes I've been getting these really strong headaches. I've stopped taking any medicine against the because really, nothing works. Until recently I've just been suffering through them. I don't know for sure whether they are practice related, but they do seem that way - they're the kind that gets stronger when you focus on them.
But now I've discovered something that strangely seems to fix the headaches completely once they crop up. It's completely counterintuitive and I don't feel like it when I do get such a headache, but whenever I take a cold shower, it makes the headache go away completely and I can actually enjoy my day. I hope this can help some of you.
And yes, I'm talking all the way freezing cold.
