Hi everybody,
I recently had the diagnosis of degenerative disk in the lumbar spine. It is my understanding that this is somehow from disruption of energies, as the yin and yang. Help me out here. I could be all wrong. If that´s the case, and even if it´s not, wouldn´t spinal breathing and AYP practices bring these energies into alignment, or flush out the toxic ones?
