Yesterday was very hot here, and I was working outdoors. So around noonish I felt the need for another drink, and went to the garden to try something new. There was lots of new spinich and chard, so I got about 4 large handfulls of each, went to the house and juiced them with 6 large strawberries, a navel orange and a granny smith apple - no milk or soy.
