This is my favorite drink for some time. You must have a juicer or a friend with one to make it. It is my daily breakfest. I never get tired of it, get tons of energy and bliss from it, and don't need to eat much else untill evening- even with lots of hard physical work. It is simple: 3 large carrots, 1 granny smith apple, 1 navel orange, 2-3 oz. soy milk (this is a big juice, adjust ingredients according to appetite). Stir. Enjoy!. I can't help but gulp it down - it's such a rush, and tastes like your drinking an orange creamsicle - but much better for you - wow. It's also excellent renewal after excercise. A good juicer makes a significant differance in the result. Also start with the carrots, as the orange will extract better when buffered by thier fiber. I have a Champion Juicer which I reccomend wholeheartedly. Further reccomendation: clean the juicer right away after drinking - it's much easier, and you will have the energy!
