Open air and closed spaces

When I do my yoga in a room I feel intensely racked by the vibrations but then when I do it with the windows open then the vibrations reduce. But then when I do it in open air there is almost nothing at all
Is it the air I'm breathing or is it something else
should I install air filters in my house
I do shambhavi

Hi,

Welcome to the AYP support forum[:)]

I've noticed that when I sleep without adequate ventilation, I sometimes wake up racked with vibrations in my body from lack of oxygen. I put a fan near my bed and moved my bed near an opened window, and the situation improved. When I sleep outside in the open air, that is the most comfortable. Some Yoga is kind of like sleep - if we don't get enough air, it can stimulate bodily vibrations.

I suggest better ventilation, perhaps a fan.

Namaste,

Bewell
