I was wondering how to individually open each one of my 7 chakras. I opened my third eye charka but after a few weeks of feeling signs of it starting to opening I feel it may have closed partially. For example in theory lets say my third eye was open 50% i feel it is now opened only 25%. But also again I'd like to know how to open each one of my chakras. Thanks.
