A suggestion: maybe we can add a minute to the rest period at the end for those who take part in global healing samyama as it falls right in time for that too for group west.

I had a *very* deep meditation during this Skype meditation. Have been lucky enough to be able to meditate every day this week (am away from home and the family for a few weeks so don't have to worry about overloading the kids by practicing too much) so that may have had something to do with it, but I really enjoyed the experience and am excited for the next one. Was nice to be able to join in with another AYPer in person as well. Thanks Kami!
