quick question.

i'm interested in learning about yogic grounding techniques.

in ayp its about heavy foods, and exercise to bring energies down.

in my view this doesn't deal with premature kundalini awakening.

it seems yoga is more about conserving your kundalini rather than grounding it.

i kno dm and sp br do gradually balance this out, but sufferring continues for those suffering from kundalini psychosis.

i tried mantak chia's grounding technique 3 times and my psychosis was gone.

i kno this is a taoist technique and we seem to be here for a more "hindu" based yoga.

but all these practices are yoga.

also i understand that some of these practices are difficult to learn or manage if they go wrong, but for me that just puts more emphasis on "the guru is in you" but with no method taught of experiencing the true inner guru.

my guru is Jesus Christ and i've done a lot of practices that would have made me very ill if he hadn't been there to sort it all out.

i don't want to sound truculent.

i have no problem with AYP and have found it extremely effective, but there are special cases.

I have doubts my inner guru could have got me out of the trouble i've got myself in.

i guess when you practice samyama you create the movement of silence which can effectively be the silent guru.

love
