Simple Pranayama Steps

I am trying deep breathing exercise to fight migraine. I am finding good results. The intensity of pain and frequency of attacks have reduced. Along with this I am drinking plenty of water and consuming only satwik food. Can any one throw light about simple steps involved in paranayama (which do not hurt low back). Thanks for your help
