Hi everyone my name is Gustavo Woltmann and I work in a publishers office. May I ask what is the best yoga pose for headache and vertigo? Is there a tutorial for that?

Do you know the reason why you experience symptoms like headache and vertigo? Neck or head injury? Illness? Stress? And what about your life style, age and constitution?
It is not possible to recommend any yogic tool without some basic informations.
