I am a big advocate of holistic healthcare. Part of that involves regular fasting as well as various detoxifications. The book I periodically reference gives different instructions for a colon cleanse, a kidney cleanse, liver cleanse, etc.
I already feel like the Kundlini energy is cleaning my system. But could these different cleanses also help? Any cleanses or fasts to avoid with active kundalini?
