Hi All:
There will be another one-day AYP retreat in Storrs, Mansfield, Connecticut (next to the University of Connecticut campus) on Friday, 15 December 2017. The focus will be integrating yoga practices in our daily life. There will be two practice periods (asana, pranayama, meditation, samyama), a short lecture, q & a, and a vegetarian lunch.
